1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Certain items are non-returnable, such as personalized items, perishable goods, and final sale items. This will be indicated on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@tabsol.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns must be processed through our store.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Refunds
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in a used or damaged condition, or if items are returned outside of the 30-day window.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or the option to choose a different item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Receiving a Damaged or Defective Item:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@tabsol.shop with your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement item or offering a full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Non-Returnable Items Include:
Personalized or custom-made items
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Health and personal care items

6. Sale Items
Sale and Clearance Items:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
7. Gifts
Gifts Return Policy:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
